Procession is a charcoal drawing triptych on alleviating the conventional idea of self through shared storytelling and dreams. These pieces were created out of the mixture of personal memories, friends’ stories, and an assortment of literary readings including Ling Ma’s Peking Duck, Borge’s The Secret Miracle, Kazumi Yumoto’s The Friends, and Yu Hua’s China in Ten Words.
